General Terms and Conditions and use of the website
https://www.weloveslovenia.si (hereinafter referred to as WeLoveSlovenia) have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), where as the same time we are obligated by the Obligatory Code (OZ) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT). In cases, where conditions are not specified in the General Terms and Conditions or may be inconsistent with these laws, they are automatically governed by statutory provisions.
General
We advise you to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions before using the online store page. By using the WeLoveSlovenia website, you express your agreement to the above terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the WeLoveSlovenia website. The company Turizem, Živa Vincetič s.p. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on the WeLoveSlovenia website at any time. All changes are binding for the buyers, so we recommend that you regularly review the terms and conditions.
WeLoveSlovenia's website is managed by Turizem, Živa Vincetič s.p., Klinetova ulica 12, 2000 Maribor (tax number SI 79549357, registration number 6798446000), hereinafter referred to as the manager.
Interpretation of terms

Visitor – a person who visits the WeLoveSlovenia website and is not registered as a site user
The user – a person who registers on the WeLoveSlovenia website and for the use obtains a username and password.
Manager – company Turizem, Živa Vincetič s.p., Klinetova ulica 12, 2000 Maribor
Provider - entity that offers coupons through the WeLoveSlovenia website, which enable the purchase of goods or services that it offers.
Coupon/Voucher - a coupon/voucher, offered by the provider through the WeLoveSlovenia website for sale and which user realizes with the provider for goods or services under the conditions specified in the offer.
Description of business
The manager, on behalf of and for the account of suppliers of goods or services, offers the possibility to purchase goods and services through the WeLoveSlovenia website.
The manager is exclusively in the function of the intermediary between users and providers, the relationship itself, in which the user receives the goods/services and the payment provider receives the payment for those goods/services, solely exists exclusively and only between the provider and the manager.
Providing data
The manager undertakes to provide the following information to the buyer of the coupon/voucher:
- information about the provider of goods or services to which the coupon relates;
- a precise indication as to when the voucher can be purchased and when the voucher can be used;
- the time to buy the coupon/voucher can be extended by the manager without any warnings or preliminary indication
- the e-mail address where the coupon/voucher buyer can obtain additional information about the goods/services to which the coupon/voucher relates
- a description of all the essential characteristics of the goods or services to which the coupon/voucher relates
- any special conditions that must be met when using the coupon/voucher (for example, the majority of age of the persons who will use the coupon/voucher
- in the "Additional information" section, a general description of the goods or services is provided for informational purposes and is not binding.
Registration
A visitor can become a user by completing and successfully submitting the registration form and creating his profile. Upon registration, the user gains a username that is identical to the user's e-mail address and password. The username and password undoubtedly determine and connect the user with the data entered. By registration, the user gains the right to use, the right to purchase the services and benefits on the website.
Cancelling the registration
The user can cancel his registration by sending an email with a request to delete the registration at yes@weloveslovenia.si. After receiving the request for cancellation, the administrator will delete the user's personal information. Cancelling a registration for a user means the termination of the use of the WeLoveSlovenia website and the termination of receipt of all notices intended for users.
Purchase procedure
The purchase requires a user registration.
By clicking on "Add to basket", the user chooses the item he wants. The item is stored in the basket. The user can store more items in the basket. When a user wants to complete the purchase, he clicks on the symbol of the basket in the upper right corner of the website. A basket with selected items opens. The user can randomly change the quantity of articles or removes the items from the basket. By clicking on "Cashier", the user continues to the next step where he chooses a payment method and completes the purchase.
In the event of a successful purchase, the user receives a coupon/voucher that he redeems with the bidder within the specified time limit specified by the provider. The coupon is sent to the user in electronic form via e-mail or user profile. The user or buyer guarantees the identity and correctness of their data. Intentional abuse or malicious coupon/voucher orders for third parties without their consent are punishable.
Coupon/Voucher purchase for a service
The customer purchases the coupon/voucher, which refers to a service, through the website. The coupon/voucher purchase price which provides the user with the use of the service, the user transfers to the manager on one of the possible ways of payment.
Upon payment of such a coupon/voucher, the manager issues a coupon/voucher that allows the user to use the service. The coupon/voucher contains all the information that the user needs in order to use the service, and the manager sends the provider of such a service the personal data of the user, which is necessary for the use of the service, with which the user agrees.
The service provider provides an invoice for the service when the service is performed.
Coupon/Voucher purchase for goods
If the coupon/voucher relates to goods, the supplier of goods shall arrange for delivery or personal pick-up. The invoice for such goods is issued to the user by the provider when goods are delivered to the user.
Prices
The price of the offer is determined in accordance with a written agreement with the service provider. The price shall be guaranteed by the service provider in accordance with its valid price list, where the service provider has transparent stated full prices of services or goods. All prices include VAT.
In no case shall the Manager be liable for any errors or deviations from the prices of service providers. Any other special offers or other discounts offered by the provider do not coincide with the action prices published on the WeLoveSlovenia website. In spite of a binding contract between the Manager and the Provider, it may be that the provider and price information is incorrect or there are deviations. In this case, the manager will, in agreement with the service provider, seek to resolve the deviations as soon as possible.
Prices are valid for each offer at the time of publication on the WeLoveSlovenia's website. The price of the offer, published on the WeLoveSlovenia website, is unified and applies to all users.
Method of payment
The WeLoveSlovenia website offers the following payment methods:
- with credit card (Visa, Visa-Electron, MasterCard, Activa Maestro, Activa)
Complaints and contract withdrawal
In order to protect data and user profiles, only those complaints which are submitted in writing to yes@weloveslovenia.si are counted as valid.
Coupon/Voucher complaints
The Manager does not own the products or services he advertises on the WeLoveSlovenia website at any time, and therefore he can not be held liable for any errors, damages or other problems that may arise from the use of the products or services. Any problems, damages or defects in relation to products and services are solely the responsibility of the supplier of the product or service.
The manager will handle all complaints seriously and try to find the right way in order to satisfy the user.
All complaints will be answered within 8 days. Complaints will be settled in accordance with the provisions of the Obligatory Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
Contract withdrawal
The consumer is within 14 days of the coupon/voucher purchase entitled to retract from the contract if the coupon has not yet been redeemed. The consumer has to give notice in writing to the e-mail: yes@weloveslovenia.si, the withdrawal from the contract under Article 43 č of the ZVPot, without the reason for his decision had to be stated. The deadline begins to be counted one day after the purchase of the coupon/voucher. In case of cancellation of the contract in accordance with Article 43 č of the ZVPot, and if the coupon/voucher has not been redeemed until the day of the withdrawal from the contract, we will reimburse the payment immediately or at the latest within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal.
Limitation of liability
The Manager will work its best to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the website, but warns the user that the texts are of an informative nature, and therefore the Manager does not guarantee that the website won't hold any errors and does not answer for the consequences that may arise from the use of this website. The characteristics of the offers can be changed due to the operation of third-party providers of products or services that can not be corrected on the WeLoveSlovenia website immediately upon the change. The user will be notified of the change through the website and will be able to cancel the order or change the ordered offer. Photographs with each offer are symbolic and do not guarantee the quality of the product or service.
We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we associate the right to cancel the contracts awarded, which has been affected by a technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will inform the users as soon as possible and inform them of further steps. Users must provide for their own protection of equipment (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The user must ensure the appropriate security and confidentiality of the data used for registration on the website (e-mail address, password).
Suspension of business cooperation
The Manager can terminate business cooperation with any user at any time. The Manager reserves the right to terminate a user account in case of behaviour, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event of termination of passwords or user accounts, the terms and conditions applicable to visitors do not expire.
Protection of personal data
By entering the data on the website or by submitting the order, the user authorizes the processing of personal data. The WeLoveSlovenia website uses and stores the acquired data in accordance with applicable law.
Personal data is being collected exclusively for the purposes of processing the order and for the implementation of interventions between the providers of goods/services to which the coupon/voucher and users of WeLoveSlovenia refer, for the purpose of executing the payment of the order, statistical purposes, sending offers, segmentation of buyers, processing of buying behaviour, sending of advertising material and offers, etc.
The website is committed to protecting all personal data. The collected data will not be handed over to unauthorized persons.
Complaints and disputes
The Manager respects the applicable consumer protection legislation.
In case of complaints, disputes or problems, the user can contact the Manager at the telephone number 041 884 007 or by e-mail to yes@weloveslovenia.si. The complaint processing procedure is confidential.
The Manager will respond to all complaints by e-mail or telephone at the earliest possible time and within the framework of legal obligations according to the type of complaint.
The Manager is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before a court. Therefore, the Manager strives to do his best to settle any dispute by mutual consent.
In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court in Maribor is responsible.
