You should take a trip to Prekmurje, where numerous pearls are hidden. Mills on the Mura, which are considered to be a traditional speciality of Prekmurje, a still-functioning Babič's mill, where you can buy minced flour or the Časar's mill, which is arranged as a museum. Near the village of Ižakovci, you can visit the natural island of Mura, named as the Island of Love. Then, there are also the Goričko landscape park and the Lake of Bukovnik, with a wonderful surrounding, which invites you to walks, fishing, camping, picnics, mushrooms picking or just spending moments on the embrace of the forest.
Valuable sightings are also numerous churches, such as the Plecnik Church of the Ascension of the Lord, also called "White Dove", in Bogojina.

An interesting trip point is the Tropical Garden in Dobrovnik, where 100 plant species grow on 1500 m2 of "jungle" with over 900 exotic specimens.
The outdoor museum is located in Lončarska vas (Pottery village) of Filovci, which preserves the traditional home-made pottery and where you can paint the already made ceramic products or enjoy in culinary delicacies »gibanica« or »bograč«.
